FREE PAYT Trash Bag Program for 2022: Must qualify and submit this application to the Tax Assessor between May 2nd - May 31st (2022). Approved applicants can pick up their free annual supply of PAYT trash bags at the DPW office between June 13th and June 24th - 2022.
