The app seems to work fine in iOS 5 and 6 with jailbreak. Also, it has not been tested in iOS 6 or higher.
WiFi Analyzer is available in the Cydia Store, but keep in mind that it only supports the 2.4 GHz band and has limited support for 802.11n networks.
